How long does it take for orders to ship?
Orders typically ship the business day after they are ordered. Expedited FedEx shipments are shipped same day for orders placed before 1:00pm CST. Expedited UPS shipments are shipped same day for orders placed before 2:00pm CST

Can I send you my backlight for repair?
Yes. We offer a CCFL backlight repair service. See repair pricing and full details here
Can I send you my LCD to have you replace the backlight?
Unfortunately, we do not provide this service. We offer CCFL backlight repairs. This service does not include installation of the backlight into the LCD. The backlight should be removed from the LCD and sent in alone for repair (do not send the full panel).

CCFLs are very fragile. How do you ship them so they don’t break?
We have 15 years of experience in shipping CCFL backlights. They are fragile, but with proper packaging and a sturdy box, they can be shipped without breakage. On the rare occasion that items are broken in shipment, we do provide free replacements.
